Arrival Story: A rescuer went to pick up two dogs being placed in homes, and he met the transporter in southern GA. While waiting for the dogs to come, he discovered a puppy that had been left at the truck stop 2 days earlier. Patrons had seen someone dump him, but no one had picked him up, called authorities, nothing. Thus, rather than bringing home two dogs, our rescuer came home with three! Jefferson is amazing. Brilliant, handsome, healthy. He has become housetrained in about 2 days, is extremely loving and cuddly, and loves other dogs. He is great with kids, and just adorable. He has this face that melts our hearts, and he likes to lay on the couch upside down and have his lips flop over his eyes!!
He is 6 mo old, 40 lbs. He looks just like a Valley Bulldog, but may just be some type of mix, such as Boxer, Bulldog, Mastiff, Dogue De Bordeaux. I've Been On Dogster Since:
