Arrival Story:
Schnooker was a package deal with Odin, the Wolfhound. My kids fell in love with her and we decided to keep her. She's SO little compared to all of our other dogs. But she's no wimp. She can handle herself and the other dogs quite nicely! Nobody gives her a hard time LOL.

Bio:
She is a very affectionate, sturdy, little dog. She doesn't shed, which is nice, but her hair grows like a weed so it needs constant grooming and trimming. She's excellent with our kids and the other dogs. She's generally very quiet and easy to deal with. She loves to play, loves to walk and she is the only dog we've ever had that actually likes to sleep UNDER the covers. You'd never even know she was in there LOL. Biggest problem with her: She is fully aware of the rules about potty... outside only. However, if it's raining or if she simply feels like it, she pees/poops in the house. It's a huge irritant and we have been trying to get this problem under control, but we've had no luck. Apparently, it's a very common problem with the breed. Consequently, my wife is forced to steam clean the carpets on a daily basis, literally. If it weren't for the kids... I don't know LOL. [But seriously, if there are any other Bichon owners out there who have had this problem and have solved it, please let us know!!]

Schnooker's first groom

Schnook got groomed today! The pics with her wearing the pink bandana show how wonderful she looks. She looks amazing and I never would have guessed she could ever look like this. The poor thing has been suffering with mom's grooms until today. And no matter how hard she tried to do a good job, Schnook never looked very good. LOL

So, now she is going to get beautified every six weeks guaranteed!!! I'm hooked.

LOL
