Bio:
Miss Ruthie, what a gentle sweet girl! She is desperate for love. Ruthie was found wandering the mean streets of Oakland. Her fur looks like it has never seen a brush in her 10 years. Ruthie has an inoperable mast cell tumor but may have a few years before it affects her quality of life. She is just about the sweetest dog we have ever met, she likes other dogs and all people.
