Arrival Story:
I adopted Bauer from the Humane Society. He had two previous owners who could no longer keep him - their loss is my gain. Bauer is now a certified therapy dog. I love him very very much Bauer loved his grandma, and when she fell down, he stayed with her until I came home

Bauer was a great little brother to his big sister (now at the rainbow bridge) Brandi.

My new life with my mommy

On July 10,2008 my mommy was looking to adopt a new baby since Gatlin who was 16 went to heaven.Her mommy was very sick wanted another snuggle bunny. Mommy looked for weeks to find a small to med. size adult but was having no luck.She already had Brandi (a choc.Lab) who was 12 yrs young so she was not looking for another big baby. But one day she was at the shelter and I looked at her with my big brown eyes and that was all it took. Within two days i was home. My grandma who was forgetting to take the phone with her fell down and for four hours until my mommy got home i stayed right by her side. Then my mommy taught me to carry the cell phone around my neck and when it rang i would bring it to her.Then my grandma went to the hospital for a week and then came home and me and mommy and Brandi all slept together in the living room.Grandma is now in heaven with all the angels.Brandi went to heaven on Nov.2.
Mommy is very sad and cries alot so i just let her hug and love me.In my grandma's memory i just became a certified therapy dog, and when i get my papers i will be bringing smiles to anyone who needs one.
