HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!

Christmas through new years was VERY interesting, as my mommy was slammed with work.

We had an insulin dog that we cared for, and a bunch of cats. It was fun going with my mom in the car. But not so fun for her.

Her car kept getting stuck in snow drifts, and she kept slidding on the ice! Lucky for her I was there to keep her company. Her dad owns Airborne Taxi too; so she always has a way to get where she needs to be if something goes wrong. But nothing bad happened.

She carries a shovel int he car. So we always managed to get out of snowy situations without much stress.

A day to play!

11-20-2008: Today I got to play with two little dogs my mother watches named Taylor and Gracie. They are so fun! I want to play with them all the time, but it is hard for me to remember that I am WAY bigger than they are. They are VERY tiney!

I also got to play with Bella. However, Bella had to be seperate from the girls Taylor and Gracie, because she bullies little dogs... So I could only play with one group or the other. It was a drag. I don't understand why Bella has to be so pushy! She can be a real bully. But my mother says that she is just assertive, like her mother. I guess I am just laid back and silly, like my mom... Cannot help but learn from your parents. I cannot blame her. She treats me fine. She used to beat me up, but I never faught back. Now we are friends. I am very patient. At least that is what my mother says.

I had to wear my sweater today. How humiliating! But it is FREEZING. So I did not mind so much. I actually want a coat for Christmas. I have such short hair. Does not do much to keep me warm. My mother put Olive Oil on my paws today. She says it helps protect them from chapping in the winter from the dryness. It felt good, and tastes even better!

Tomorrow I am going to work with my mom. I cannot wait. I love just being with her.

Lots Of Sleep And Reflection

11-17-08, Today was my first day off in some time. Actually it was quite boring. I have three small children in my home. So today was filled with me sleeping ALL DAY, and little humans crawling all over me. I would have much rather slept in the car. At least then I get to wake up in exciting places and play with my friends.

It was not bad though. Bella is staying with us, and she kept me company. Bella is my best friend. She is one of my Mommy's clients, and stays with us often. I rather enjoy her company. She comes with me and my mom everywhere when she is here. She has alot of doggy friends too... even though I had to introduce them all to her. Sometimes I think she is even more popular than me. Bella is always talking about all of her special people friends. Show off... but I love her. lol.

All in all today was lazy. But I am a Basset Hound. So that is to be expected.
