Arrival Story:
Well I have been holding off on getting a dog for a few years due to me living in a one bedroom condo. Recently I moved in with my Girlfriend to a large Townhouse with a fenced in backyard, and thought this would be a great time. So we made a list of Dogs that were considered Hypo-Allergenic due to my allergies. Looked at the Pro's and Con's from each breed and settled on the Portuguese Water Dog! Then the next step came by searching for breeders in the area, as we wanted to be able to look at the puppies and see how we bonded with them. We had picked Miller "Hopps" when he was 5 weeks old and was lucky enough to get him in the end. We brought him home when he was 8 weeks old and he has been learning at a very fast rate.
