Arrival Story:
The humans had picked out the big one in our bunch. I don't know why, I was older than him and much smarter. I looked at the short human named Kathie. I could see she was a softie. so I walked over to her and started talking to her. I also had an accident on her foot. She picked me up and I licked her face. She called me Monster. HaH! I had a name before the big one.

Bio:
Me and my brother were taken home to meet Merlin, the old. He taught us a lot of neat things before he went away. Side note from Kathie, we have always had two or more Tervs these past 30 years. Wulf and Monty are the first we purchased. All of the others were rescues. Loved them all.

Garbage

Know what?! If I wait until the middle of the night, I can sometimes find the garbage and lick any and all papers clean. I really like steak or hamburger nights. Those are so yummy. Sometimes, though, Mom must have super hearing. She comes stomping out to the kitchen and boy, do I get in trouble. Then I have to go outside for the rest of the night. I found out that Wulf is a scaredy cat. We had a thunderstorm last week and he tried to hide under Mom's covers. He always whines and tries to sit on her lap or hide behind her in the big chair. I like to go outside and bark at that flashy stuff, but really noisy booms make me glad to be inside. Oh, well, I guess I will go bark at the road maintainer. The mail person is sure to come soon. More barking...joy, joy, joy.

Spring nights

Wulf loves spring nights. I just wish he wouldn't bark so much. No one can hear me! He likes to brag about keeping critters under control, but I'm the one who catches them. I also can dig the best holes in the yard. Those pesky ground squirrels have had it their way for too long. I've got a hole so deep, I can just about hide in it. Not bad for an 88 pound pooch. Wulf also keeps me awake at night. I like to sleep for part of it. Now I have to take day time naps too. Mom's gotten too smart for me. She keeps hiding the garbage. Our humans throw away the best stuff.
