We found out that she also was not getting her shots or had gotten spayed so we had that taken care of and we kept her with us from that day on. I didn't want her and Renee going from family to family trying to find a home for them and I felt that they had been through enough and I convinced my husband to let me keep them. Bio: Although Carmella has seperation anxiety she has gotten much better since we have taken her in. She will have nothing to do with a crate. She actually dug her way out of a quite pricey crate with stitches in her belly. We don't crate her anymore but we are able to confine her to the kitchen when we are gone with the help of Hugo while he was here with us. God bless my angel.
