We're so sorry things happened this way for you, poor guy, you just missed your 2nd birthday by two days. We're comforted knowing that your last days were spent in a great home with a very loving family. You got to go on that 3 month vacation in Arizona in your very own motorhome and you had lots of long walks. We'll miss you furever, BerBer.

Bear Found a New Home!

We took Bear to his new home last night. His new family consists of two loving parents and a 14 yr old Cocker Spaniel brother named Tyler. We're confident that Bear is going to be so happy there! He'll get to go on lots of walks and he's even going to Arizona for two months in a comfy motorhome! Bear's new family is going to allow him on all the furniture, even the bed if he wants to sleep with them!

One of Bear's duties at his new home is to keep his new brother, Tyler, young and active just like he did for his older sister, Meeka. Other tasks will include entertaining his new Mom and Dad at every chance he gets, fetching balls and chasing the laser pointer all across the wood floors and doing tricks for new Mom's special homemade dog biscuits.

We already miss Bear terribly but our pain will subside and be replaced by the happiness of knowing he has such a wonderful home. Plus, we'll get to see pictures and hear updates of how he's doing and hopefully get to visit him soon when the time is right.

Take care, BerBer, and be a good doggie boy! We'll see you again, soon!

ADOPT A BEAR! This Agility & Flyball Star Needs a New Home!

Bear has been in obedience, group classes and private lessons, since he was 8 weeks old and training in Agility and Flyball since he was 6 months old. This is one very smart dog! Of course he is completely housebroken and when outside he will "potty" on command. He knows all his basic commands like Sit, Down, Stay, Wait, Come, Leave It, Get It, Give and Off, plus several tricks like Spin, Spin the Other Way, Spin Backwards, Rollover, Shake, Bow, Speak.

Bear loves to play fetch and hide-n-seek and he loves to run. While he is very energetic and playful, Bear is also very well mannered, rides well in the car, “waits” until he is told “ok, get it” before eating his food and stands quietly while he is groomed.

Bear is just over 1 year old, fixed, all shots, micro-chipped, monthly Frontline apps, very healthy and athletic at about 40 pounds. Bear is the perfect dog for a loving, active home with no young children. Bear would be a fabulous companion for someone who may want a promising Agility, Flyball or jogging partner as well.
