Arrival Story:
Joe has been rescued twice, the first time he was6 weeks old and some teenage boys were using him as a ball. His second owners used to beat him in the name of training and done a lot of damage to him. Their teenage son also gave him drug. Joe is a very nervous dog, frightened of his own shadow but he is very loving. Joe has recently been diagnosed with a grade 4 heart mumour, leaking mitral valve and an enlarged left ventracle.
