Likes:
Cheese, cats, pasta, mom's old Care Bear *wink*, dirty underwear (I know, it's gross) and socks.

Pet-Peeves:
Rain, snow, when other dogs try to sit on Mom or Dad's lap, ear cleanings, not getting food scraps during dinner.

Favorite Toy:
Dirty underwear and socks, pig ears, rawhide chew toys, stuffed kong, cats, dad

Favorite Food:
Anything and everything except dog food and any form of seafood. She'll eat anything! She even ate a chunk of dead squirrel while on a walk! She swallowed it before I could get it out of her mouth.

Favorite Walk:
She's never been a good walker. She'll walk for a bit then get lazy and want 'up'. She does like going off leash at the park to chase birds.

Best Tricks:
That look of starvation (even tho she's overweight) at the dinner table and getting people to feel sorry for her so they'd give her some scraps off their plates.

Arrival Story:
I've always wanted a Chihuahua and the want exceeded when a friend of mine bought one. He, Bozley (Tia's cousin), was so tiny and full of spunk - I just had to bite the bullet get myself one. I got the breeders info from my friend and waited for the appropriate time to get one. I waited months before I could finally choose one because so many things were happening that would have made it impossible to welcome a new addition to my family. I kept an eye on the breeder’s website every day. One day I checked the site and saw this little brown blob and I knew I had to have her! She was the one! It was perfect timing because everything going on had settled down! Also, another friend of mine bought Tia’s sister Meeko who’s also registered on Dogster.

Bio:
Tia's father has championship bloodline and is in the 3lbs range. Her mum is in the 4lbs range.

Forums Motto:
I eat anything except seafood!

I know it’s been a long time since I’ve written, it’s been a very hectic year. Mom and Dad are officially ‘tying the knot’ this coming September 8th, and we’ve all been busy doing last minute stuff. In between wedding preparations, me and my family like to spend our weekends outdoors. I LOVE FISHING!!! Yup – I do! It’s my most favorite thing to do!

Mom packs Dad and I up and we spend the day at the lake, in the sunshine (I HATE the rain). Mom makes me this cool little seating area in the shade that I’m super possessive of – anyone walking past gets an earful of growls from me. Mom says they’re lucky I’m tied up ‘cause I may attack!!!! It’s so fun! Dad hasn’t had much luck catching anything this past summer – he blames Mom. I think he just sucks as a fisherman – but don’t tell him I told you! LOL!

ITALIA!! ITALIA!!!

WOW! What a game!! They won the world cup ‘cause of me ya know. See, Mom and Dad hosted a world cup/ pool party/ bbq at my house on Sunday. All our friends were over.

I was representing Italia with my new t-shirt that Dad bought.

Anyhow, half way through the game Mom took it off me – but near the end everyone was asking to put the t-shirt back on for good luck. As soon as Mom put the shirt back on me – Italy scored! Then again! Then we won!!!!!!

Then everyone was feeding me bbq sausage! What a great day!

Life in little Italy

So I've been living with my new family for 6 months now. Things are great in little Italy! Now that it's spring, Nonno and I are outside all day planting tomatos and other vegetables together. I like to dig in the garden - then Nonno swears at me in Italian and I get in trouble.

I made a 'number 2' accident on the kitchen floor and Nonna stepped on it. After she cleaned her foot I was locked in the laundry room on punishment.

I still eat pasta like there's no tomorrow!!
