Birthday: October 3rd 2007 Arrival Story: the spunky little pint-sized cocker boy (he is only 15 pounds right now, but he may still have some filling out to do). He is maybe barely a year old but he already has seen some terrible neglect in his short life. When he came into the shelter he was wearing a harness that someone had put on him when he was a puppy and he had outgrown it so much that it had become embedded into his arm pits. We suspect he was someone's outdoor dog and lived his life tied up to a stake and whomever owned him had not interacted with him at all to notice he had outgrown the harness. Poor little Reese! And you know what? His spirit has not been in the least bit dampened, he has great big enthusiasm for life and just is so joyous to see people that he leaps up in the air with happiness for a kind word.
