No more tummy bump for me to sit on!

The strange stuff just keeps coming here... My Mom's tummy bump (that I had become rather partial to snuggling on) has all of the sudden disappeared. I'm not too happy about it. One day it's there and then a couple days later it's gone! I don't get it.
Another strange thing is there's this new tiny, loud creature in the house. Mom seems to be very attached to the thing, she is always carrying it around and telling me not to lick it. I don't know if I like this new thing, it smells funny and is always taking up my Mom's attention. At least I still have my Daddy to play with! Now if he can just grow a tummy bump, it will be perfect!

Something's up with Mom

My Mom human is acting strange lately. I don't really know how to explain it, but she's changed somehow. I'm having trouble finding room on her lap these days - it's like her lap is disappearing! It might have something to do with the large round bump that seems to be growing on her tummy.

Sometimes I will lay on her legs and rest my head against the bump, and the strangest thing will happen. The bump vibrates right where I'm trying to rest my head! What is that about?? I don't know if I like it.

Mom tries to tell me that there will be something called a "baby" soon. I wonder what that could be? Maybe she means that we'll be getting a new puppy for me to play with soon... that would be so cool!!! ... Just as long as the new puppy does try to take my toys or hog my Dad human!

What did I do wrong??

You know sometimes these humans really don't make any sense. I've been so good lately with going potty in the place they want me to, and what kind of thanks do I get? No liver treats, no snausages - just a big tummy ache!
It all started when one of my humans took me to this strange place with a bunch of other humans in it that I didn't know. That place smelled like other dogs and cats, but they were nowhere in sight! Then my human left me with these strangers and I was so sad. The jabbed me with pointy metal things, and then everything is a blank until I woke up with a pounding belly ache. I don't know what they did to me, but there's a strange string that's holding my tummy together. Scary stuff!

The strangest thing is that I don't feel like I wanna meet with boy dogs anymore... I can't figure out why! I used to think they were pretty cute, but now they just seem to be a bunch of slobbering, drooling idiots.

Maybe if I'm really really good, my humans won't take me to that place again... I sure don't like it there!
