Arrival Story:
My mom said she has been waiting a long time to get me. She told me I was worth the wait....That made my whole back end wiggle when she told me that!! Mom said she found a breeder that she liked and contacted him before I was even born. My mom was 2nd on the list to get a puppy. There were 10 in my litter. When I was 3 weeks old I figured out how to climb out of the whelping box and found the humans in the house. When mom was told this she told the breeder that I was the puppy she wanted. I feel sooooo special. When I was old enough my mom and my aunt Paula drove over 3 hours to pick me up. I was scared at first, but fell asleep on my moms lap for the ride home. I love it in my new home and I love my mom as much as she loves me.

Bio:
Tessa was born in southern Illinois, in a really small town called Butler.

My mom is sick

Woofs to everyone. My mom doesn't feel good at all. She is coughing all of the time and can't talk. Her voice is gone. All she can do is whisper. I am trying to be as good as I can for her. I have to really listen to hear her. I will be glad when she feels better so we can go for a walk. I had better go and cuddle with her. She says that makes her feel better. Woof at ya later.

I am about ready to get on moms lap and take a nap...Thought I would write a few lines before I do. It is hard to believe that I am almost 3 months old!!! Mom said I am getting heavy. Dad weighed me last night and said I weigh 25 pounds. Wow....I really am growing. Mom measured me and I am 15" tall...Most of that is legs she said. Last night I got to go over to my aunts house and play with her puppy . Her name is Journey and she is a standard schnauzer. She is 10 days older than I am. I like to play with her, but I got in trouble when I started a fight with her. She tried to take my rawhide away from me....what was I supposed to do??? I had it first. Mom put it up and neither one of us got it. We practied our sits, downs and stays. They are really hard..especially when mom tells me to stay. I don't like that one at all. But mom always tells me what a good girl I am when I do it...so I guess it isn't so bad after all. YAWN...I can't keep my eyes open so I am going to take a nap. Woof to you later.

I would like to introduce myself. My name is Tessa...My mom registered me as "Tessa ain't misbehavin' ""...boy is she in for a surprise!!! I am a doberman pinscher. I am almost 3 months old and am doing my best to be a good puppy. I live with a golden retriever(who thinks she is miss perfect and never does anything wrong)...3 cats that I am not allowed to chase..(except when mom isn't looking)...a grey thing in a cage that talks...mom said he is an african grey parrot and if I get to close to him he might bite me. I am trusting mom on this one!! I love my new life with my mom and dad. I don't really miss my mom and littermates much at all. I think I am a spoiled girl. I have a whole tub full of toys and my mom is always telling me what a pretty girl I am and how much she loves me. This morning it was really cold outside and I was shaking so mom brought me in a put a sweater on me.. I tried to pull it off, but mom said it would keep me warm while I was outside to go pottie. She was right...I think I have a really smart mom. Mom said after I have one more set of shots that she is going to take me to obedience classes. I have no idea of what she is talking a bout. What does obedient mean??? I am looking forward to meeting lots of new friends on dogster. I will write more later..woof woof--Tessa
