Arrival Story:
Ogee was adopted by my friend from the pound in Las Vegas. The story was he came from an abusive home. My friend ended up moving to a new place and was not allowed to have a dog. She asked me if I wanted to adopt him from her. OF COURSE! When I first got Ogee (his name was Black, I gave him the name Dee-O-Gee, get it? LOL) he was very scittish. Loud noises and quick movements scared him. Who ever abused him discouraged barking, he never made a sound. As time went on he realized I am his Mommy and I would never hurt him. In 2007 Ogee and I moved to Kansas. We had a family now, Jon, Me and Ogee. Ogee loves his daddy, he is totally a daddy's boy. My husband is in the Army so he is overseas now. Before he left he told Ogee to take care of me. And that once skittish Dog definately is, he is more vocal and is not scared by loud noises any more. Its so nice to hear him bark now. Mommy takes him to the dog park all the time, he loves other dogs and he likes to swim! He is the biggest mush and loves to give kisses! If you met him now you would've never thought he was abused. He is a happy and lovable baby!

Fixin the Goose

I have a goose. I got it for my 4th Birthday this past April.

Its my FAVORITE toy. I carry it with me everywhere! Whenever we go out for a walk I carry it downstairs and drop it by the door. When I come back in, sometimes I forget it downstairs, I get halfway up then run back down and grab it! "oops can't forget my buddy!"

I sleeps with it, naw on it, play fetch with it...needless to say its always with me.

For the first few months the only injury it sustained was I took out the honker....that was surprising to my mommy, she didn't think a stuffed animal would last long with a pit bull.

Over the last few weeks I had removed all the stuffing and I just carrying around the skin. Mommy decided to sew it up and restuff it.

Well....I like it as a skin, cuz that lasted two hours...I ripped it open again!

Mommy decided to just leave it aa skin then! LOL
