Arrival Story: Sparky is a rescue from a puppy mill in West Virginia. The Puppy Mill was raided on August 25, 2008. There were 927 dogs in that mill, including 29 Cavaliers and over 60 English Toy Spaniels.
I met Sparky when I was visiting a friend who was helping with the rescues, and it was love at first site. Bio: Since Sparky is about a year old (probably a bit less), I decided to celebrate his birthday on the day the puppy mill was raided, since that's when his life really began.
