Everyone LOVES me! I've been called the Mayor :-)
My girlfreind Sophia and I went on a tennis ball hunt at Oceana- they havent cot the grass in a loooong time, we found 13 tennis balls whooo! pretty good!

My parents discovered that I am quite smart and talented.

I have my own room in the house, but I have been such a good boy that Dad has been letting me just have the whole house when no one is home and my buddies Jinx and Karma get locked in a bedroom... I don't think thats fair, and plus I cant cuddle and kiss them if they are in there so when my family leaves I help them escape. thats right, I open doors- its not hard and that way Jinx and Karma can hang out with me and I wont be lonely. ;-)

I wanted everyone to see my new Girlfriend, Sophia- shes older than me ;-) and she tries to be bossy, I just let her.

And, I have become an awesome Frisbee dog. We are working on a command called leave it, because when I get off leash I am a different dog (thats what I hear my parents say) I get really excited and grab the Frisbee too fast before someone picks it up, and because I have a kid I have to learn to be patient, he's still small and not as strong.

In a monts time I have a lot of adventures in my new house.

I went for a weekend in Clearlake, I LOVE car rides.
I've been to Ocean Beach 3 weekends in a row with my girly friend, and another dog, He's a Rottweiler puppy named Fritz.

I go for long walks on the field at the High School, almost daily, my mom puts a blinky on me and lets me go offleash at night because theres no one around, the other night they were having a basketball game in the gym and the door was open,, it looked like a lot of fun so I bolted towards the door to go check it out and my mom yelled RUSSSSELLL!!!!!!!!!! and I stopped and came right back. She said "Thank god you know recall!!"
I just wanted to play but mom siad it could have been disasterous and funny.
Funny is good, cuz I'm a clown too.

My new Family rocks! I get to go on lots of walks everyday. My mom watched the dog whisperer and he says dogs need to take different routes so that they don't get bored, I'm so happy they follow that advice.
I have this new routine down pat too. Im the morning I hear my mom get up and get in the shower, so I wait for her to finish and then we go to the back yard so I can do my biz ;-) Then I get to watch her make my breakfast, after that I jump in Reeds bed and wake him up because he has to go to school, and then I hang out with my buddy Jinx for a little while. After mom leaves for work- I sit by the door and stare at the leash (this works every time) and then Dad takes me on a walk around the block and I get a PB kong when I get back, yummmy!
I sleep and play with my toys for a little while then Dad & Reed are back home yipppeee! and we go down to the field and play ball til I'm too pooped to bring it back. Then mom comes home and I act like nobody walked me and she feels bad because I give her my sad face, and she takes me to the beach before we all have to go night-night and do it again.

oh, I got in trouble twice since I have been here, I guess it was a big deal but no one said I couldnt counter surf.
the first time I took some yummy garlic bread off the cutting board, they didnt offer it so I just helped myself, and they said I was a bad boy! what so bad about being self sufficient?
The second time I took a toy out of Reeds room, and it looked kinda funny so I removed the nose and eyes from it! mom found it in my bed and she said it wasn't mine and took it away, she gave me one of my old toys, but that was no fun because it was already mine so it wasnt like it was new or anything, so when she turned her back I took the faceless toy back off the counter top, I bet Reed wouldnt mind me playing with his toys, i dont know why she was mad about that!

Oh and I have another GF in the hood... she's a little funny lookin' but she digs me, her name is Ava, and I think she is a movie star! she looks just like that dog in the Wizard of OZ movie..

My exciting weekend

Lots of fun!!! I've been hooking up with this girl-dog, Sophia for play dates, shes a little bit snarfy, but I dont let that bother me, I think she's coming around. We went out on Saturday and boy was it raining cats!!! I had a doggie rain jacket my parents put on me but I dont think I like the rain very much. On friday I put on my costume and went out Trick -or-treating with all the neighborhood kids, that was lots of fun. I even went to the pond at the golf course and jumped right in, but I dont know how to swim...so I sank, and mom got scared, I popped right up and tested out my doggie paddling skillz. Dad says we really need to work on that cuz my new family has a boat and likes to go to a place called Clearlake a lot. I can't wait to go too.
I have cat brothers now. Jinx loves me, we snuggle on the couch together and sleep for hours. Karma likes me too he just doesnt know it yet, he too will come around eventually ;-)

Shhhh! don't tell them but I think I have them wrapped around my big paw. Dads always comenting on how sweet my big round eyes are, once I heard that I knew I could get him to do whatever I want. Now, I just sit by the front door like a good boy and look at him with my beautiful eyes and then I look at the leash...works every time!!! sucka!
I met the kitties by accident a few nights ago, they dont run away so I guess I'm not as scary as some people think I am, they smell good and I think I might want to be their friend. I know it will make my family happy if we could just all get along.
This morning mom had Jinx on her lap and I went over to check him out...he still smells the same...like a cat with tuna breath ;-)
We have tons of live play things in the back yard (squirells) and I want to get them, they look fun to play with but they run so fast and they make me nutty, Reed let me come down and play with him in his part of the yard, which was pretty cool (see I told you I have them ALL wrapped around my paw) and a squirell went up in the tree, so I ran right up the stairs of Reeds play house to see if he wanted to play with me, and I didnt know how to get down...
Mom says I'm a little bit of a doofus. whats a doofus?
