In which I confess that my upset tummy feels better when I'm- clean

Well, in case you were wondering, this is why I haven't written in my diary for a while. Fact is I've been sick but it matters much more to Ron and Holly than it seems to, to me. Of course bad tummy troubles are no fun. I heard Ron call his mom up and she told him when he was a wee babe he had bad tummy troubles too. For a long time.

So for me it's not so long, but I'm around 8 years old now so Hey, that's when troubles often come around, when you're middle aged. Eh?

Ron finally got me to the groomer today so I feel a lot better. I am very fastidious. I would really like a bath every couple of weeks. If they want to cut the hair around my pee pee I'll put up with it. It's good to be clean. The streets are so dirty. So many people. So many little kids. So many many dogs. So much pee to smell! I don't think there are as many wolves in the forest as there are dogs in my neighborhood.

I lost tons of weight which is what worried Ron most. LOL before I got sick getting weight off me was all he thought about. Now I'm pretty svelte although I could use a couple of pounds back. I'll ask Ron to take a picture.

In a way, Ron has been preparing for this moment since they day we met. The time when I would have a chronic illness that wasn't harming my quality of life but which wasn't tending toward wellness either. I've been on an antibiotic for a long time and Ron is trying to get me off it.

I still love food more than anything else.

Dylan
