I miss you,
Your warm eyes staring,
Longing for the touch of a gentle hand,
Now you are gone,
Never again will i feel your wet nose,
Soft muzzle,
Or walk you slowly through the woods,
Side by side,
Never will I have to yell at you,
Even now,
As I sit alone,
Listening to the stillnes,
I remember your breathing,
I miss having to clean up after you,
The guilty look on your face,
it was always enough to pay me back,
For all work you made,
It made me laugh,
You were my best friend,
Always there,
Wanting to go with me,
You never held grudges,
were angry,
Noticed when i made stupid mistakes,
You woul have done anything for me,
