 Quick Bio:
 Birthday: March 4th 2007
Likes: Sierra's favorate sport is "catty ball." A tiny ball to chase and retreive.

Pet-Peeves: I hate the cold, mommy! Put on my sweater or let me under the covers!

Favorite Toy: I love to play ball or tug a war best of all.

Favorite Food: I am a holistic girl, really. Only the healthy stuff for me. But like anyone else, I cheat. I enjoy canadian bacon. Yum...

Favorite Walk: I love to walk with my mommy in the grocery stores. I feel proud that I can do a such a good job for her!

Best Tricks: Mommy thinks I'm so cute when I "Sit Pretty" in my best outfits, but sometimes she gets distracted when she watches some OTHER dog dance! Copy and Past this link to your browser to see why: http://breathingeasy.wordpress.com/2008/03/15/dog-dance/

Arrival Story: When mommy first found me she had no idea that I would become her Service Dog; but I knew instantly that I wanted to be hers. I saw my mommy looking in at me though the glass of the fish aquarium I was placed in at the pet shop. She would come visit me every day, but I was so tiny that I could not keep my eyes open for long and would often fall asleep on her chest. One day mommy didn't come and I didn't understand why. A few days later I saw her walk though the pet shop door, I then got so excited that I ran into the glass wall and bounced backward, but I quickly got up and ran to the glass and got as close as I could to mommy. I wanted to go home with her so badly. Mommy gave me a big smile so I could see that she was glad to see me again too. I saw her pass some green papers to the guy at the register then they handed me over to mommy for keeps! Yes, it was so exciting to go home with her at last! They told her not to pay much attention to me the first few days because that would make me sick, but mommy didn't listen. She knew what I needed was love and comfort for being so young. So we bonded a bond that will last a lifetime, and now all I want to do is return the support that she first gave to me when I needed it. She is no longer my service mommy, I am her service doggie!

I began my education when mom decided to take me to school with her.
I was only around 7 weeks old at the time, and was known by the Director and instructors by my pet name that they assigned to me, "Dog in The Bag."
It seemed that I did everything right, as they all loved me! I didn't even have to turn in any papers.
Then when I was of age, mom decided that I needed to attend my own college, and man was I nervous. I watched all those other dogs and knew something was expected of me. I love my mom so much that I really wanted to earn my "good job" reward. It meant everything to me to hear her praise. My first college certificate wasn't too hard, but then mom expected me to continue my education and take the next step, attend and complete a full fledged college program! I must say, it was hard work; I really earned that one. Well, you know moms, they are never satisfied.
Now she has me enlisted in a doggie university! And this one isn't any short trip, mind you. I am glad she will be there with me for support; after all, she got me into this predicament.
However, I must say that it does really make me feel that much more bonded to her when she helps me out with my practice exams. I know she feels the same way because I can see how proud she is of me by the tone of her voice and the stars in her eyes!
Welp, off to school I go....
