Arrival Story:
On Aug. 30, 2008 we lost our beloved Bonita to GME (encephalitis) and soon after I received an email from the DFW Pug Rescue Club stating that they needed foster homes urgently. I have fostered and adopted from them before (Chula) and felt that my Bonita sent us the opportunity to help a little fur girl to help ease the pain of not having her with us. I called & sent an email right back and was contacted by the foster coordinator and she told me about Sophie Too who needed a home until her forever home came to be. Needless to say that our home is her forever home!!!! We immediately fell in love with her. She added love & happiness to our home and family of puggies. Let it be known that she is not a replacement for our Bonita!! Sophie is her own little pug and loved for herself!! We were told that she had been found at a garage sale and she was just another item to be sold to those people! How sad for those people who do not know how to value a life, even if she is a fur baby!!!!!!!!!!!!
