Arrival Story:
Poor Jake was taken in after a friend of the family removed him from a household where he was to become a fighter. Thank heavens he was sprung from that situation, because he's far too little, cute, and sweet to have ever fended for himself and made it out alive! He couldn't have had better timing -- Jake came into his guardian's life on the day of his owner's best friend's funeral. Thanks to this tubby, squirmy, squeally little mutt, his owner was able to more easily get through a rough time with his special comfort.
