Arrival Story:
I was visiting a friend who had received an email from a friend of hers; a director of a shelter in Oregon. She had sent a picture of Radar to my friend via email and we were marveling at his very cute ears! I thought of my 85 yr old mother who was looking for a companion so gave that a whirl. She said yes...Shelter said OK to foster for a couple weeks to make sure is good fit so we went for it. A couple days after mom got him, it was clear he was a little too much doggy for her, so since I had fallen flat in love w/the guy at first glance...decided to give him a try. We have 4 dogs already at our house. My cousin is dog trainer and has warm water therapy pool for dogs as well, so he had to fit into the 'gang' and be ok with all the visiting doggies coming and going. He did beautifully! He is the happiest little guy on the planet now, as is his new mommy. He LOVES the sun and burrowing under blankets, and running with his brothers in the very large yard. He's been the source of many a smile and laugh as he goes through his life being the cutest little guy on the planet!
