Arrival Story:
We had to travel about 75 miles to pick Allie up from her breeder. She rode the entire way back home curled up with her nose snuggked in my neck. When she started crying, I would softly sing George and Ira Gershwin's "Our Love is Here to Stay" to her, and she would stop crying and snuggle back into my neck. To this day, whenever Allie is upset, I can sing that song to her, and it calms her down.
