Arrival Story:
Higgins was born at the CNYSPCA where we adopted him at 3 months of age. I originally intended to get another puppy from the litter, but when I went in, they had given him to someone else... and there Higs was... just as happy and loving and super as can be... I firmly believe things happen for a reason. So Higgins was the pup we were supposed to have all along!

Higgins is part chow chow, part carolina dog, part who know's what... He is simply all american!
