Arrival Story:
Pepper was left abandoned in the garage of a vacant property owned by the friend of a friend. I joined my friend to play with her two dogs one day and she had a third she was trying to find a home for before turning it over to the SPCA. In the morning I wasn't a dog owner and by afternoon I was. And as many can attest to, I'm sure; my life, my home or I were not dog ready, but nonetheless here we are 4 great years later and I wouldn't have it any other way.
