OMD!! It's My Barkday

Yesterday was Mardi Gras holiday and now my barkday is here again!! I'm a whole 5 years old. What a week it's been cuz Monday I got my haircut, yesterday the hooman brofur came to visit and now today them workers are out back working on the patio enclosure. Geesh...that just messes up my special day cuz we can't go outside in the back yard to play like we want right now. Mom says we have to wait til them guys are done. They took a break so we got to run for a few minutes then it was right back in the house again. Boo...how dare they intrude on MY special day. Guess I'll just take another nap til it's time for a front yard run.

It's My Barkday

Whoo-hoo! It's my barkday and of all days mom had to take me in to the vet fur my annual exam. There's just something wrong with that!! I'm blaming it all on Bella cuz she had to go fur teeth cleaning. Glad I didn't have to stay there with her. I'm back home already and playing with Jiffy. I still say it's so wrong fur anyfur to go fur an exam on his/her barkday!! At least I got a clean bill of health and only one shot. Thank dog fur that.

Thanks to my furiends fur all the special wishes. It makes a doggie feel good. I heard mom say she's making us some special doggie biscuits for MY special day. We won't celebrate until later tonight after Bella's been home fur awhile. Mom may have to mash up her biscuits cuz the vet called a few minutes ago saying he'd like to pull one bad tooth that's just barely hanging in there. Mom said go ahead and do what you need to do. Poor fursis. If she don't eat 'em I'll eat all her biscuits too.

I Got a Card Today

Whoo-hoo, little ole me got a very nice Thanksgiving card from Sophie Bean. OMD! What a nice surprise. I think Bella's a little jealous, but she shouldn't be cuz she got lots of attention in the spotlight as a spokesdoggie fur the Pet Postcard Project campaign. It's my night to howl!

OMD...I'm a Diary Pick Today

Okay, first off, I gots to get this off my chest....mom is FIRED! She is so slacking on my pawsonal puter time. Here it is after 2 p.m. and I just find out that I'm a diary pick. Spike would have had none of this whatsoever. He woulda bit her heels and ruffed about Dogster. Whew...I feel better venting that!

Woof-woof! I have had a wonderful three weeks in a row around this pawlace. First I get chosen as a Schnauzer of the Week, then it's my barkday the following week and now I'm a diary pick to end out this week! Mom took a picture of me last night when she caught me sleeping in the new doggie bed! BOL! She thought that was funny cuz it's been awhile since either Bella or me checked 'em out since we prefer being on the couch! Hopefully I can get her to pull those pictures off the camera....how hard is that task anyway??!!!

Mom says it's high time we changed my barkday picture cuz that day has come and gone, but I kinda like seeing my picture with a barkday cake seeing that I didn't get a real one! BOL!! I gots some Buddy's Biscuits so guess I'd better stop complaining.
I gots to make note right now before I furgets...I've got some wonderful furiends who showered me with special barkday wishes via pawmail, rosettes and pressies. OMD...I'm a lucky pup! Okay...mom I guess you can change my picture now.

I've been a good boy too cuz I'm looking after my dad. He had a little accident in his car last night, but thank dog he didn't break no bones or nothing. Mom says he's gonna be sore when he wakes up. I'll be right there licking hims wounds so he will feel all better. I gots my ways about giving lotsa kissies.

I Gots a Special Barkday Card

It came from the furs at the Playground and Pawty Place! Odie sent it to me via pawmail cuz I hadn't visited the group in so long. I gots so many specials barkday wishes, special gifts, rosettes and lotsa wuf. I don't know where to begin in thanking all my furiends. I'm feeling pretty special around here today. Maybe I can repeat my barkday over and over starting tomorrow like Bill Murray repeated Groundhog Day! BOL!!!

Happy Barkday to ME

OMD...I had a pawesome week in the spotlight as SOTW last week and now today it's my 3rd barkday. When I seen my page full of rosettes and barkday messages it made me scoot boot across the floor! Yep, Rudy and Izzy is so right... my mom does call me Boot-Scootin' Boogie sometimes cuz she wufs them Brooks & Dunn guy's music.
I'll be boot scootin all day celebrating my special day. So far I've been outside a lot cuz the sun is shining bright around here. Can't waste too much time being inside while there's lizards to find outside. It's so much more fun being out there.

OMD....am I having fun this week interacting with my Schnauzers Rule furiends, by answering questions all about me. And my mom has fallen for this cute little Schnauzer pup named Jada. Aaarooo...she is a cutie pie and got her name after Jada Pickett Smith.

Doggone it, mom has been spending too much time on the computer with those farming games and we don't get our fair share anymore. Here it is after 4 p.m. and I just found out that I'm in the spotlight the whole week on this special Valentine's Day! I'm the Schnauzer of the Week in Schnauzers Rule. Aaarooooo!!! Aaaarooooo!! I'll do some flips and whatever it takes to get my time on the puter this week cuz I gots to answer lotsa questions from my pals. This is gonna be fun fur all. Mom's been thinking about changing our email address now cuz she made up a special one just fur us. She thinks it should now reflect our rascally names. Maybe we need a poll to see what other furs thinks about that one cuz LafayetteLittleRascals is kinda long fur an email address...silly mom! BOL!

New Bed

Bella already barked about our new beds we got from mom's Florida friend. What a cool surprise to get a brand spanking new bed, but I'm not interested in checking it out just yet. I got other things to do, like run around and check on what's happening in the back yard. Hey don't furget I've taken over Spike's duties of keeping watch over the back yard. Maybe when I get sleepy I'll use it. I did cooperate with mom for a quick picture, but sure found it hard to sit still for long. Mom says I'm like the energizer bunny cuz I just keep going and going and going!! She wonders when my batteries will wind down. And if Bella thinks she's gonna have two beds she'd better think again!
