Arrival Story:
Shortly after I got married, my new husband was not impressed with my white cocker spaniel that sported bows in his hair and needed a life jacket in the canoe. We were in search of a camping dog when we found Homer at a local pet store. Long story short, our new puppy was scared of loud noises, hated water, turns out to be lactose intolerant, epileptic and only went camping in the wilderness once. He doesn't seem to mind not being the wilderness puppy. He enjoys our two children, home in town and walks on a leash. He has been with us for 10 years. We recently lost the white cocker spaniel.
