Arrival Story:
One day I was listening to the radio station, and Party Line was on. That's were people can go on and sell or trade items. Someone said that they had Boston Terriers for sale. So I decided to go and take a look even though I wasn't ready to bring home a puppy. When I went to the house their was a young couple who a baby and they where living with their mother. The front porch had dog poo poo every were on it. I went inside to look at the puppies and saw that the environment that Little Pete was living in was pretty bad. While I was there looking at Little Pete who was the runt and the last puppy left, his mom and dad were dragging everything out of the other rooms. The house was pretty dirty and I could see that the dogs had bad habits. So right then I know I needed to take Little Pete out of the environment he was in. So I took Little Pete and rapped him in my coat and put him nexts to me and my truck. He never cried. And still to this day he is one of the best blessings in my life.

Little Pete & My Best Friend Rex The Blue Heeler

Hi my name is Little Pete. I’m a Little Boston Terrier that lives on a Cattle Ranch. I’m unusual because I think I am big enough to be a stock dog. I love to chase cows and round them up. My best friend is Rex a blue heeler who lives with me. I owe my life to him because one day when we were down below the house playing in the creek I got into trouble. Out of no where a big coyote came up behind me and grab me by the neck and started taking me up the canyon. There I was growling and biting and fighting for my life. Rex being my best friend and a very smart dog, ran up to the house to let my family know that something was wrong. He was barking like crazy in a very aggressive tone. My mom and dad came out of the house in looked down at the creek to see what was going on. They saw me being carried off and going up the canyon in that coyote mouth. They came running after me. They thought I was not going to make it. My dad yelled at the coyote and scared it enough to drop me. They bundle me up in a blanket and I survived. If it was not for Rex running up to the house to worn my family that something was wrong I would not be here to day. I owe my life to Rex my best friend. Hugs to you Rex !!
