OMD I just read Coco Rose's diary and found out the Dogster store has been broken into and robbed!!! Where did all the meatz go??? I think the Dogster police had better get on this case ASAP. How in the world do they expect us to get through the "Most Wonderful Time of the Year" without meatz??? This is a travesty. If they don't launch a massive investigation of this crime and locate and return our meatz to us then I think we may have to launch an "Occupy the Dogster Store" protest until they do!!
Wyoming very concerned about the whereabouts of the meatz

"Here comes Irene, here comes Irene, she's got a wiggle in the middle" from the polka song for those of you who know it. Not making light of this but have to find some way to smile over it. It seems this storm is making a path toward us and it could be a bad one. Newscasters here in the Northeast are comparing it to the Hurricane of 1938. Now of course my Mom is not anywhere near old enough to remember it but her Mom almost lost her life in it in Providence RI and she has heard the stories and seen her Mom's pictures of how bad it was. Her Dad lost his car in the tidal surge and it was never seen again. We are crossing paws and fingers and praying that this storm changes it's mind and heads out to sea. To put the icing on the cake so to speak Mom has had two robo-calls from our local police department with warnings. The second call gave a list of the shelters that will be opening this weekend and then went on to instruct everyone to leave enough food and water for your pets as you can't take them to the shelters!! What the heck??? I know my Mom and if she can't bring Radar, Wolf, Molly and the bird with her then she will just have to ride it out at home. I will be watching over them from here at the Bridge and will be protecting them with all the Angel sprit I can muster. So to all our pals in the path of this know we are praying for you and we wish a safe weekend for all of us. We will try to post when the storm has passed if we have electricity. If not maybe just a quick comment to let everyone know how we are doing from our cellphone.
Love and Hugs to All

Hi to all my wonderful pals
Well Mom got back from Maine late Sunday night tired but with peace in her heart. The candlelighting was beautiful and moving. She cried her eyes out making mine and Cheyenne"s stake but she managed to get it done. She cried again when it was her turn to talk about us and light our candles and We were right there beside her with our Angel noses gently nudging her hands. She felt our presence and the presence of all the other Angels that stopped by to give the folks our love and appreciation for all the beautiful candle light that was glowing from Maine and around the world. We may have left your lives but we will never leave your hearts. Mom took a lot of beautiful pictures and she is going to put them on my page before the week is out but work is keeping her uber busy and she has to find some time to do all the downloads. She is going to post one very special pic as soon as she is done taking my dictation here.
Most of all I want to thank all of you who were with us that night and lighting candles to remember all the Angels that have gone to the Bridge because of that nasty ole cancer. It's not fair that so many left far too soon and someday we pray a cure will be found so no pup will ever again have to battle that horrible beast. Mom has also been getting the pictures that you wonderful pups have been posting on your pages of your beautiful candles. She will be sending them on to the women in Maine who host this beautiful night. I know they will be just as touched as I am that you were there with us and honoring all the Angel heroes. You are the best. I will dictate more about the evening as soon as Mom has a few minutes but I just had to let you know how much we love and appreciate all of you in our dear Dogster family. Now she is off to post that special pic.
Love and Hugs
Wyoming a very grateful Angel

Hi Pups and peeps.
Just wanted to let everyone know that the annual Candlelighting Ceremony will be held on July 23rd in Maine. Here is an excerpt from the e-mail Mom got, it explains everything
On July 23rd at 7:30 P.M. EST I will be having my annual " Sierra's Candle Lighting " in Sierra's garden here in Maine for our heaven and earth angels. Once again we will be lighting each and every stake in the garden which has all of our heroes names burned on them and a healing section of candles for our heroes that are living with cancer and not letting it stop them from enjoying their lives with their families...
Sadly the garden is growing and has over 800 stakes this year with over 1300 names burned on them. I'm sure that our angels will have something special planned for that evening. Every year they seem to show up and give us the gift of their presence.
If everyone would join us by lighting 2 candles at 7:30 P.M. E.S.T. and place them outside so our angels can see our tribute of love for them in all different parts of
the world, and a second candle to show our unity for positive thoughts of
healing for those battling cancer and other diseases ..
This is something very near and dear to Mom and I. Sadly this year she will have the honor and the sadness of adding my stake to this garden. I will be right beside her as she does this along with all the other Angels. We will also be lighting Cleo's candle again this year as well. We would so love it if you could all join us in this at 7:30 PM est just as the e-mail asks. I know some of you joined us last year and the light from your candles was seen by the Angels. This year I will get to watch as well. If you join us please take a picture of your candles and post it to your page. Let my Mom know it is there and she will forward it on to the folks that organize this to be included in the DVD that is made to commemorate this very touching ceremony.
Here is a short video of the candle lightings from 2004-2010
Sierra Candle Lightings 2004-2010
Also if any of you are battling cancer please p-mail me and I will be sure your name is read as the healing candles are lit.
Thanks pals I know you will be with us on that very special night.
Love and Hugs

Wow my first Bridge Birthday was pawsome!! We had one great party and everyone had a wonderful time. Rosie, Cookie, Stryker, Crickett, Louie, Cleo and Trusty made me the most tasty cake I have ever had. All the Angels were there with me and we all shared in the cake and food that was layed out as far as the eye could see. After we all had our bellies filled we settled comfortably on the grass and talked about what our Birthdays were like on earth. We all remember fondly how our peeps would sing to us, wear silly hats, and make us special food and give us presents that were wrapped in paper that we were allowed to tear into. We are one very lucky group of Angels to have been so very loved on the other side. Once we were done sharing our stories the fireworks began. Here at the Bridge you get to see the beauty of them but they don't make all that noise like they do on earth. We pups appreciate that so much more. Once the show was done we all had a little bedtime snack and curled up in one big pile and slept deeply. This morning we are slow to wake and get going but there are more Birthdays, Rainbow Bridge Days, Gotcha Days, and sadly arrival days that we must attend to. Before I fly off to see what is on my to-do list for today I have some more thank yous to bark about
Ebby and Ceely the beautiful picture that is now on my page. It is pawsome guys and Mom shed a few tears over it. Thanks it means a lot to us.
DarlaMae for the beautiful kite we Angels are going to try to fly it later.
Flicka, Lucas, and Angel Cleo for the gorgeous emerald. A girl can ALWAYS use gemstones.
The Lafayette Little Rascals for the pretty rose. Flowers brighten the day.
Cleopatra and Grace for the pretty kitty heart, just love the size of it.
Missy, Monty, and Family for the Party Hat. It came in very handy last night and for once I didn't mind wearing a hat.
Buddy, Molly, and Scooter Morris for the vibrant Rainbow. There is nothing as beautiful as a Rainbow from pals.
Darby for the heart. You are in mine and I miss you pal.
I think I have remembered everypup and if my secretary has missed someone send her a note and chew on her a bit BOL As I'm sure all you pups know good help is hard to find. Well I am off to check on things here at the Bridge and find out what we are up to today.
Love and Hugs

Hi Pals! Today is a very special day.... today I celebrate my 12th Birthday. While I am not celebrating it in the way I did in past years. On Earth with my Mom and pack. It is still a celebration of the day I graced my Mom's world. We are having a great all-day BBQ and party at the Bridge and early this AM I heard my Mom wake up and sing Happy Birthday to me. I miss being there with her but I sure don't miss the silly Birthday hat she used to make me wear. Don't worry Mom I am with you and if I close my eyes and flare my nostrils a bit I can smell and taste the steak you always gave me for my Birhtday.
Now for some important stuff. I want to thank my great pals that sent me messages and prezzies. You all mean the world to me and Mom and you have helped to make this day one we both remember. Thanks go out to:
Hudson, Troy, & Angel Solei for the beautiful Rainbow
Redford and pack for the Kitty Heart and beautiful pic that now graces my page.
Petey for the pretty red heart
Nelly for the party hat. This one is beautiful not silly like the one Mom made me wear!
Rudy, Izzy, & Angel Ben for a stunning Rainbow
Abbey who also sent a gorgeous Rainbow, you can never ever have enough of these
Mazy & Gma Keda a yummy steak all for me
Cookie also sent a yummy grilled steak, she knows how much I adore them from the amount I have scoffed down since coming to the Bridge.
Scarlett, Elise, & Anya for the pretty pink ribbon. A girl always looks good in pink I think...
Jojo & Sonja for the spectacular forever crown. I am proud to wear it.
Chester our beloved Professor a big red heart, (You know how to make a girl blush buddy)
And the warm Birthday P-mails from Whitley and Halo
Again thanks from the bottom of mine and my Moms hearts. This day has not been easy for her but knowing that all our pals remember and care enough to send their love our way makes it just a bit easier. You guys are the best and I don't know what we did before we found Dogster.

Hi everypup!!
Well today markes 2 months at the Bridge. I am doing fine and having fun every day with all the Angels here. As you all know we Angel pups watch over everything that happens down on earth and we send our guidence and protection wherever it's needed. As I am sure you all know a group of very brave human heroes and one canine hero successfully carried out a mission to seek justice for all the suffering and death of 9/11. We pups could not be prouder and we hail the canine hero that accompanied these men on their mission. The fact that one dog was along is just starting to come to light and be spoken about. We don't know who this bracve canine was, we don't know his breed or what his specialty is but myself and all the Angels here at the bridge bark with pride to honor him. Mom found this beautiful photo essay of some of these brave Dog Heroes and wanted to share it with all our pals. The photos are beautiful and it boggles the mind to see just how important dogs have become to our military. Hope you all enjoy the pictures and please say a little pray that they all stay safe and come home to retire and live a long and love filled life.

Hi to all. Wyoming's Mom here. I have been working on Tribute to Wyoming and wanted to share it with all of you. While I cried many tears while putting it together it is helping me to feel connected to my beautiful girl. I can't thank all of you enough for all the support and kindness you have all shown me. Only here on Dogster can we find the folks that truly understand how devestating a loss like this is. You carry it with you daily and you pray for the strength to carry on. Between the spirit of my girls, Wyoming and Cheyenne, and all of you here I am bit by bit finding that strength.
Love and Hugs

Hi Pals
Well today marks one month since I got here to the Bridge. I have made the greatest friends and we stick together here and help each other out a whole ton. Mom is hanging in there and doing her best. She still cries a lot but at least it's not every single day like it was so that's a good thing. I watched her as she brought my ashes home and I heard her as she talked to me. I wanted to tell her everything will be all right and that I truly am still with her. Don't worry Mom I am fine and among friends now you get out there and put a smile on that face and don't make me bark at you.
