Arrival Story:
Dog I had before Gryff was also an Akita, Rigs. We lived one block from World Trade Center on 9/11 and lost most of things in apartment and business in attack. Rigs worked as a therapy dog and eventually died from air down in area. I got Gryff through help of firemen, in honor of Rigs working as therapy dog for many months. Gryff came from North Yorkshire England. His show name is Anshee Manhattan Thriller and his dad is one of top Akitas there. I was without dog for many months after Rigs died and when Gryff came off plane from England he was smiling. He continues to do so and brings love and happiness to me and all he meets. All of the people where we live in Lower Manhattan know his name and all stop to kiss and hug him.
Bio:
Gryff's father and mother are both champions. He considers his cat, Frodo as a brother also!

Mom and I were taking our late night walk on Wall Street and we stumbled upon a huge celebrity party. Mom did not want to go near it because she was in sweats and a baseball cap but when people started coming over to say how beautiful I was I decided to drag her along with me. We met many celebrities and I got food from the party and a gift...It was a great late night treat!!
