My seet baby girl lost her battle to cancer today. It is so painful to us all and such a hard decision to make. She took a really bad turn yesterday and there was nothing that could be done. I could not let her go on in that state. Now she is now with the angels and no suffering.

Our hearts are broken and I can't stop the tears. She was such a special sweet little gal and is going to be missed by so many including our sweetie, Buddy.

Thank you all so much for prayers and the many gifts and rosettes. It means so much and this is truly a special group of doggies, kitties and skin-folks. We love you all.

Poor Dixie seems to be having a different set of issues today I noticed that when she drinks her water, she seems to have trouble getting it down and snorting extra, along with a littl nose pawing. It happened once last night, but I just thought that she drank too fast.

When the endoscope was done it did reveal that there could also be some damage to the soft palat in adition to the nasal passage. Lets hope that isn't what's going on here. Cancer is such an ugly thing...

Just say a little prayer for her...

On a lighter note-she seems to feeling good, eating like a pig and she and Buddy have been barking like crazy at the squirrels hanging out near the office window! Terriers are such a trip-I think that they have a one track mind when it comes to other varments;-)

"Yeah! Mom figured out how to finally get a background on our page. Hey, it only took her about an hour or so to search around and figure this stuff out. Actually this wasn't the first time that she has searched, but we'll stay quiet about that:-0. Well, she is getting a little "long in the tooth" and the old brain seems to be slowing down!"

Anyway....It will probably take the rest of the day for me to remember how I did it and get some more decorating done! LOL Computer genious-I aint.

Have a great one!
