Well....Jock is here. Not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing though because Mom said we could play together, but he won't play. Everytime I try to wrestle with him he starts crying like a little baby. He better man up! I guess he's just not used to me yet.
We have had an exciting few days. Saturday, Mom and Branson went to pick Jock up, and brought back another goat too! He's really cute though, and we named him Oscar. Ms. Missy told Mommy that she got him from a lady who had rescued him cause he was almost dead when she found him. They fattened him up and sent him to live with Ms. Missy. Then, he decided that he liked her little Pygmy goats a little too much so Miss Missy sent him to live with us and our big goats. He's pretty fun though, we play a lot. Then after Mom got Jock and Oscar (the new goat) home, she had to leave to go to town and while she was gone my goat friend Dolly had her babies. They are so cute! I wish she'd let me play with them, but she butts me when I get too close. Later, the same day, Olivia had her babies. Both of them had twins, but Olivia's baby girl died Monday morning. That made me sad cause she was so tiny and sweet. But Mom says that she was just too little...plus Olivia couldnt nurse her. So Mom took the other 3 babies in the house to bottle feed. Now I can't play with them either. I sure will be glad when they get a little bigger. Nobody will play with me! Except Mom, Daddy and Branson. Maybe Jock will keep getting more social and we can play together when we're not watching the goats. I know he better keep his little butt out of my food bowl though. I'm the boss around here, and thats MY BOWL!!!!

So I guess it's official now...today Mom went and put a deposit on that little boy Jock. There's no turning back now, he's really on his way. When Mom got home she told me that he will be here in 2 weeks. Great, guess I better enjoy my peace while I got it. Bet there will always be something going on when Jock gets here. I'll have to watch him and those goats...can't be letting Molly butt him like she did to me.
My goats are better, Olivia and Billy aren't sick anymore. Lucy has a bit of a belly ache but Mom gave her some medicine this morning and she already seems like she feels a little better. Neither one of the big girls has had their babies yet. I wish they'd hurry up and get here soon. If they wait too long it sure is going to be cold outside for little babies. Hopefully they will get here before Jock does so I won't have to worry about the Mommy goats being mean to him for wanting to play with their babies.
Guess I'll check back in later..

This morning was horrible....well actually the last couple of days have been pretty crappy. My girl, Trixie, died yesterday. I don't know what happened, but she was fine yesterday morning, and when Daddy was cutting the grass yesterday he found her. Mom says she thinks she had pneumonia (whatever that is). I hope none of my other goat friends get it. Billy has been sick and Mom has been giving him medicine.
Mom came and took me out of the pasture early this morning. Like 6 am early! Doesn't she know I'm a baby and need my sleep? She said I had to have a bath before I went to the Dr. Anyway, after my bath (which I hated) she made me go inside the house till time for us to leave. I didn't want to go inside, I wanted to be out there with my goats. Olivia and Dolly are gonna have babies any time now and I sure don't want to miss it. Mom paid for me being in the house....i hollered the whole time! So we get in the car, again, and ride a while. Then she picks me up and takes me inside another building. Next thing I know there's a big man in a little room with us and he says I have to have 2 shots, and get weighed. Why? Those shots hurt! Then the doctor gave me some nasty stuff in my mouth. It made my tummy hurt and I got sick in Moms car on the way home. When we got home, Mom finally let me go back out in the pasture with my goats. Guess all that being sick made me hungry cause I cleaned my breakfast bowl all at one time. I never finish my food!
Maybe soon I'll have something else to write about. I'm so excited about the babies coming! Now I'll have some goats that are closer to my size. But I bet I outgrow them soon. Dr. Hawkins said I already weigh 23 pounds and I'm only 13 weeks old. I'm gonna be a big girl. Everybody pray for my goat friends, especially Billy, Olivia and Dolly. I sure don't want to loose any more friends. Let you know when our babies get here!
