Arrival Story:
My daughter always wanted a Dauchsund and I've always wanted a beagle (to name Bagel). We were at a market in Ohio and we saw this little guy. (by the way, watch for 'adopting' pets at markets as they are not always in the best of health I've found out). We took one look at him....and took him home! He has a big 'brother' who is a German Shepard/Basenji mix of all things! Moo, as we call Choppie, (for Mooch) looks like a Disney character and so many people have commented that he looks like he should be in a cartoon. He is so easily trainable and learned verbal and the hand signal for lay-down in one night! I didn't know that this combination of breed would be so trainable.

What a nut-ball! Such a comical little guy. Loves to burrow under the covers to sleep.
