Arrival Story:
I went to SCRAPS, a local animal shelter to get a voucher for a discount on Titus' neutering. My partner convinced me to go look at the cats and dogs they had for adoption. Tonks was the shyest of all the dogs. She didn't whine when people walked by. I was in love with her the moment I saw her. She had a "first choice" on her meaning that someone already picked to take her home when she was out of her quarantine phase. I came back the next day to play with her, on the off chance that she was still there...and she was! She's been my 2nd baby since june.
