Arrival Story:
We were looking for a puppy for our family and found Trout at the animal shelter. I really wanted a female puppy, but something about him just made me keep coming back to him when we were looking up and down all of the cages. He just seemed to have such a sweet personality and the kids were begging to see him. So, we asked the people at the shelter to take Trout out so we could play with him for a while in the back area that they have at the shelter. Well, it was love right away. He just was the most gentle puppy and just was so happy to have us out there with him, He had to come home with us, and we have been happy with him ever since (except for shedding) but thats a minor flaw I overlooked. Trout crossed Rainbow bridge on November 20th late at night. He spent the day just like any other, wrestling with his buddy Louie, sneaking cat food from the cats and being loved. I noticed him later on looking weary and he just wasnt himself. I rushed him to the vets and they said he was critical, we discovered his entire chest was filled with a large tumor and it had ruptured. That quick and he was gone. I am so filled with greif. It was so fast. One minute playing and the next, gone. Trout was almost 9 years and he has given me happiness all of those days. Now is his time to be happy and care free! Be Well My Angel! Mommy will think about you every day that you are gone and will see you again one day!
