Favorite Toy:
She LOVES her kongs and frisbees, but what she really loves is water! We had to buy a different water bowl because she kept flipping hers over trying to swim in it. Now she has her very own wading pool to flop in.

Favorite Food:
Tomatoes and strawberries! She likes them fresh out of the garden. She picks them herself. She also LOVES her Halo!

Favorite Walk:
She loves going to Butterfield or running through the hills around our house.

Best Tricks:
She can open the sliding door that opens into our enterance way so she can meet me at the door.

Arrival Story:
Misty was formerly owned by very neglectful owners, who allowed their four large pitbulls to attack her when she was only about 4 months old. When she started getting out of their yard, they tried chaining her up with a chain that weighted almost as much as she did, but she was still determined to get out. She started getting out and visiting our house, and wound up staying. She's a wonderful little sister for Cassie. She's very smart and energetic. She's eager to please everyone she meets and shows us every day that she's greatful for the home we've given her.

Bio:
We recently met with a trainer at a dog park who used to breed wolf hybrids and she says Misty is part wolf because of her facial markings and her body language with other dogs. We're not sure if she's right but it would be pretty cool! We want to get a DNA test done to find out for sure.
