Well, for my first entry, I didn't pick the best of times to do it. Mommy's not too happy with me at the moment...but hey, I'm a puppy, and really Mommy, my older brother Rudy taught me how to do all these fun things!

I'm getting a bit confused, cause I could swear my name is Abby, but Mommy's called me a few other choice names lately. I really worked hard on scattering the paper I'd spent all that time shredding, and personally thought it went well with the gifts I found in my feline sister's funny box on the floor. And Mom, that new rug you brought home a couple days ago...I'm sure that Target has another one, you always say you can find just about anything there!

Mom and Dad have been taking my brother and I to the dog park a lot...which is neat 'cause those darn cats that live here don't go :).

But I'm not too sure about the whole dog park scene yet, I much prefer to stay super close to Mom and Dad, never know when someone's gonna come dashing at me. They keep telling me I can outrun all of 'em, and that I'd have a blast playing with the other Iggy's there, but nope...I'm determined, I'm staying put.

They seem to be under the impression that I'll branch out after more visits, but we'll just wait and see. My brother's not as smart as I am...he's off and running all over the place at the park. Doesn't he realize it's hot and you might run through something out there?

I'm going to run off now...one of my human sisters is heading out back to the little kiddie pool Mommy & Daddy brought home, I'm still deciding if I should give that a try.
