Beau came from a shelter called Mary Ann Morris Animal Sanctuary in Bamberg, SC Most shelters in the south are kill facilities which is why animal rescues work so hard to get them out. Every dog deserves a forever home and a second chance at a healthy, happy life. A Second Chance means never giving up on a dog â€“ EVER! Even if they are old, or sick or have a bad attitude because of being treated cruelly in the past. Dogs give us unconditional love, companionship and comfort. They are a lifetime commitment. They are not exchangeable. They are not disposable. They should never be given up, chained, or coerced to fight, or kept against their nature for our amusement.
