Hello everyone,
My word, another angel birthday! Time sure flies.
Well, now that Mum's eyes have stopped leaking, she can say a very big thank you to:
Whitely, Cooper, Duke & family, Krickette, Harley Diva Girl, Flicka, Holly & family, Maurice, Angel Magoo, Zaidie, Alabaster, Hershey, Lexi & family and AJ and family.
My beautiful furiends, your wonderful birthday wishes and gifts are truly appreciated.
Bless you all.
Big angel hugs and lots of kisses.

PS. I know Mum still misses me terribly, but I'm truly a happy little soul here at the bridge.

To my dear and wonderful friends:
For those who might have missed my 'thank you' posting:
Bless you and thank you for your beautiful rosettes, hugs and kind words of sympathy, and also for lighting candles; it has meant a great deal to mum and me.
My goodness, it’s so wonderful here at the bridge and, what a super welcoming I got from my furbro, Mr. Spud, fursis, Angel Sweetie, and all my fur angel friends … so many hugs and kisses ... it was overwhelming!
You know what’s really great too … I can see again; I know exactly what my mum and dad look like now and I’m not bumping into things either, unless, of course, I don’t look where I’m flying … at the moment I only have my learners licence for flying. Oh yes, I can breathe freely too, and my little heart is merrily going boompity-boom … no more pain and struggling for breath. Whooppeee! Also, when I’m not practising my flying I can run … yes, really run free in the beautiful sunshine!!
Of course, my leaving was very sudden and it’ll be a while yet until mum and dad’s hearts begin to heal. Even so, I’m keeping a keen eye on them and every so often I send down a sprinkling of angel-dust. It’s very good for drying tears, you know, and there’s lots of it available here at the bridge! Hmmmm… I might even apply for the job as CAD (that’s Chief Angel-dust Disperser.)
Well, I can hear the bell ringing … and that means it’s time for angel food.
Gotta go now my friends. Remember I’ll be watching over you.
Big heavenly hugs,
Yours forever,
Angel DeeDee.

I heard the Lord's voice whisper,
I call you now to me.'
I said, 'Oh, goodness Lord, why today?
It's daddy's birthday, see.'
He smiled and said,
'It is, because, my furry little one,
Your heart can beat no longer
Now your work on earth is done.'
I said, 'Dear Lord, I'll come with you
To my special place above,
But only if you'll mend mum's heart
With your healing hands of love.'
The Lord, he smiled and nodded
Then lifted me up high,
I turned and gave a tiny bark,
I was saying my goodbye.
