Best Tricks:
He can sit ... when he feels like it! He can make everyone fall in love with him. He can sense when I'm really, really mad at him and can give me a perfectly timed head tilt to make it all better.

Arrival Story:
My mother lives in Florida and is friends with a corgi breeder. My fiance and I had wanted a corgi for a long time (ever since falling in love with my mother's corgi, Tenby, who has since passed on). When my mother got a puppy from the breeder's July litter, we let the breeder know that we were interested in the litter that was planned for early 2005. However, the hurricanes in Florida caused damage to the breeder's property and freaked out the dogs a bit, so she felt it would be best to wait until mid-2005 before breeding again. By that point, we were so anxious for a puppy, that we arranged to pick up Brody (also from the July litter, and thus brother to my mother's Griff) in late September. Not a very interesting story, really, but I'm most pleased with the happy ending. :)
