Franks & Beans fur da POPs

It has been a chaotic few months fur us with Auntie getting bit by a cat (has to go to ER fur all kinds of stuff cuz it got reallllllly infected) then a few days later, Rowdy's surgery. Then all the furs banning together to get Rowdy's fundraiser going, then I got sick then Elvis' eye (which still needs prayer--it not healing up). Then mommy and auntie's niece whom they nefur met came to visit with her hubby and little hoomans--we had so much fun--they wanted to take me and Rowdy home. Little Meghan just luuuuuved me and luved me. It was great.--Well, all this is to say--thankies thankies thankies fur all da POPs and prayers cuz the typist (auntie) just couldn't keep up with it all. I'm doing so much better and the mommy and auntie are relieved indeed. We can't thank efurry one enuf

"Sniffin' the Hood" with my furmy

Me & Rowdy got to go for a walk yesterday--it was soooo fun! As soon as the auntie said "walk" I just howled and howled--Rowdy does his high pitched bark so the auntie was very much anxious to get us outside cuz we was noisy indeed! We love goin' for the walks and do all that sniffin' and markin'. We saw a dead woodpecker and that made us sad. My favorite thing is to scratch up the leaves after I wee wee. I do that several times and the leaves fly up and down and makes the auntie laugh.
Today, the auntie "pedicured" my nails--I don't like it a bunch, but it's better than the cutter. The auntie don't like it, but she let's me lick her face while she grinds my nails. I LOVE lickin' faces. (Makes me think of Grandpa--he always let me lick his face--I miss him. ) My nails are lookin' better the auntie says. But my nails are so thick and grow so fast so the auntie has to work on 'em more that I like, but at least I not sliddin' on the linolllleum as bad--BOL.
We gonna see Dex today! I love our little boys when they come to play. Dex just thinks I is special--he always hugs me. It's funny--me & Dex are buds and Dylydog & Rowdy are buds-- we always have fun when they come.

The evfur present toenail conflict

Last night the auntie got the new nail groomer--OMD! I did okay--I didn't like it a whole lot, but it is better than getting them cut! They tried to do Rowdy's but he was way too wiggly BOL. They finally had to let him go--At least they only do a couple nails at a time--The auntie let me lick her face while the mama "grinded" them. I love licking faces, so I guess I can let 'em do a nail or two if I get to lick!

I'ma Princess

I was awarded the TTP Princess of the week. I'm so beautiful on my thrown. As it should be! I got extra treats and snuggles--I liked that! I got a rosette and a rose and a diamond and lots of cuddos--I'm so special. (humble thanks to TTP)

I played today--I don't do that often, but the auntie (Rowdy's the mama) has been working hard to help me lose weight and I am feeling so much better. I played ruffhouse with Rowdy and shake the stuffie with the auntie and she threw it for me and I chased it like 4 times. The auntie was laughing so hard cuz she's only seen me do that once before. It was fun, but it wore me out.

I'm getting a fleece blankie from auntie--she's still doing lots of sewing and says mine is next. I sleep on her fleece blankie for now, but I can't wait to get my own. I got Rowdy a car safety seat. He tries to drive and that upsets the auntie so I'm hoping he'll feel safer in the car now.

Another day in Paradise

We had a quiet weekend--for the most part (the auntie sighs). We got to go for a ride in the car. That was fun, then today we got to go for a walk and then later we put up our Christmas Tree. I love to go for walks. I get so excited--but not like Rowdy--good glory, he gets excited. My mama made chicken & dumplings and we got some. That was nummy.

We are so exited that Meatball and Sausage gave us the gift of dogster catster plus. Thanks you gorgeous meowies.

I spent Thanksgiving at my little boys' house Dexter & Eric. I ran out of dog food and wouldn't eat their doggie's (Midnight) so Uncle Dave gave me lots and lots of turkey cuz he thought I would starve to death (BOL--I got his number!) It was nice. Eric and Dexter took me for lots of walks--I love to go on walks. I'm glad I didn't go to Oregon--their puppy, a blue healer mix, would have drove me nuts!! But Rowdy told me he is a real cutie. I sure was glad to see the auntie when she came to pick me up. Rowdy jumped all over me too. I was sad to leave, but I missed my home furmily. When we got home, I ran straight to my mommy. I was so glad to see her. I love her so much. She took me in when I was abandoned on the street and gave me a nice warm home and treats and food and a doggie bed and food (the auntie-Rowdy's mama, put me on a diet when they came to live here). The auntie lost her other furbabies in a fire in feb '07 and her & my mama's daddy had a stroke here in CA on the same day. So she moved here, got Rowdy and we all took care of Grandpa 'til he went to heaven. Daisy & Chance were nice furcousins and I miss them. We know they are in heaven and happy, but we miss 'em.

I loved Grandpa. He would let me lick him and lick him and lick him. I used to go to his place and spend a couple days then come home and back and forth. Grandpa took me for rides in the car and loved me so much. I miss my Grandpa, but I'm glad he's in heaven with all his furbabies and his wife and Jesus. I'm glad that Rowdy and the auntie are here. We have fun and they always show me so much love--sometimes Rowdy--a little too much.
