Arrival Story:
Toklat got in a fight, and supposedly killed another dog (oddly enough he never got into any fights after I got him). His musher gave him away at 2 years old.

Bio:
We learned to mush together with a dog named Revol. Tok and I bonded a lot. Sadly, he was hit and killed by a car when he got loose on May 30, 2000. I ran him in lead. He was one of those rare dogs that you only get once-in-a-lifetime, an awesome sled dog. He was out of Mary Shield's lines. We would lend him to people for racing (mushing and skijoring), and they almost always came in first. He was extremely fast and dependable. He loves hot dogs more than anything. He'd do almost anything for a hot dog. I'd usually share them with him, and snacked him on mushing trips with hot dogs.
