Arrival Story: Well I was visiting a friend of mine who has a male yorkie and brought Bridgette so they could play. I had no idea she was in heat to be completely honest, as I never before her had an unaltered female. Well Prince William (her Yorkie) did know and by the time we caught them it was already to late. We were not going to keep any of her puppies but Teddy has had such an enormous impact on our lives we HAD to keep him! My Bridgette has always been a very lethargic dog and I have always worried about her. But as soon as she had her babies her personality really came out. She is NOT interested in any other dogs but her own puppies. We could tell she was truly happy with her babies. Anyway as the time came to find them new homes I worried about her happiness. First Marilyn (the only female) left she became very depressed and actually started snapping at my other dogs. Which she had never done before. And then Bear, the largest male got adopted. And she just hid under our bed all day and night only coming out if I would bring Teddy in. We did not want to add another dog, but my four year old daughter fell for him too. She carries him around like a baby and is always playing with him. And he really loves it when she plays with him. Also on Teddy's side he was a little withdrawn with strangers as a puppy. So everything pointed out that this little boy was meant to be with us.
Bio: Teddy weighs 5.9 lbs! He is a very sweet happy playful dog. His favorite and at the same time worst game is fetch with the mini squeeky tennis balls. If I try to disclude him from the game get ready for the biggest screatch fest ever. But still at the same time I can sit down to watch TV or surf the web and he will bury his head in your neck to cuddle. He is such a beautiful boy like his momma and has his daddy's coloring. He brings the puppy out of all my dogs and really keeps us going. We love him, and think our lives would be very boring without him.
