Blinkies:
Mommy thought it would be a good idea to give me a bath. Unfortunately, when I figured out what was going on, it was too late.
I don't mind baths too much. I like that Mommy uses the fur dryer on me so I am not damp and soggy for a long time. Anyway, click here to see some pictures of the ordeal.
Apparently, my prostate is in perfect condition. What the hell is a prostate and why did the vet stick her finger up my ass?!?!?
Mommy and Daddy brought me to the vet tonight. When I realized where I was, I was a little bit nervous. But the visit was OK, I guess, if I block out the whole sticking things up my butt part. She checked my teeth and my bones and my eyes and my mouth and even took some blood work to make sure I am healthy. She recommended that I lose a few pounds - Mommy promised to take me for more walks so that shouldn't be so bad.
Mommy and Daddy were in a very good mood - this is what they called a "happy visit" because there wasn't anything wrong with me. I am in tip top shape.
There really isn't much to woof about right now. 2 weeks ago, Mollie stopped walking and Mommy and Daddy carried her everywhere. They wrapped her in blankets and towels, and were always in and out of the bathroom with her. Then Monday night they started to cry and cry and cry. Really late at night, they left the house with Mollie in a basket. Mollie never came home with them. Mommy and Daddy cried and cried and cried, and they stayed home from work on Tuesday. I sat with them and let them cry on me. It was a really sad day.
I miss Mollie. I only got to be around her for 2 short months. She was a little bit annoying at first, but then I started to like her. I really didn't mind her biting my hiney.
Mommy and Daddy are doing a little bit better. Mommy has even smiled a few times. When she comes home from work, she picks me up and puts me in her lap and pets me and tells me how much she loves me. Then Daddy comes home and does the same. I really like them alot. I am getting used to them and I am glad this is my furever home. I just wish Mollie was still around.
