Arrival Story:
Abby was adopted from PetSmart by my Mom for my Sister's 10th birthday. She had much fun playing with her in the yard and teaching her so many tricks as well as jumping on the backyard trampoline with her. Being that she is a mix breed, she sheds like crazy and eventually my Mom didn't want to keep cleaning up her hair every week. So when I moved out, she came with me instead of having a life back in the pound.

Abby and I have grown so close over the years. I've had her about 5 years so far and she has learned to not run away any more. She knows she is loved by people that want to have her around.

So, this week I saw my Mom cooking an amazing chicken dinner. And I spotted her tossing some raw chicken scraps in the trash. I really wondered why she just wouldn't give them to me. I mean really, I'm sitting here waiting for anything to drop... just something and she had to go and throw them away.
I had the best idea in the world! When my Mom and Dad left one evening, I was able to open the cabinet and get into the trash! I was so excited that I was able to do that and what do ya know, those RAW chicken scraps were still there. I had a feast of flavors in that trash. But I didn't clean up after myself, so my parents got so very mad at me. I wish I would have remembered to do that.
But this week, my tummy isn't feeling so well. I know that raw chicken couldn't be upsetting my tummy... it must be the dog food I ate a few days ago.

This weekend was a BLAST!
I got to see tons of art at a gallery walk. I also was able to visit my favorite bar for an after party at Club Dada. There was a fire spinning act and tons of people wanting to take my picture. I felt like a star!
On Sunday, my owner and I were so darn sleepy that we were able to lay in bed all day together.
I hope every weekend is as fun as this one was.
