Leave a bone for Sammy and Family

Big Sweetie and Sammy for Samantha. Lucy Beego for Lucy. Grouchie for Smokey.

Rainbow Bridge
Quick Bio:
-mutt-pound dog-dog rescue

December 1st 1980

Sammy loved pets, and belly rubs. Lucy loved to be carried around. Smokey enjoyed spending time with my Grandmother and time by himself.

Arrival Story:
Samantha the Labrador mix was found in the street in December of 1981, she was given to my Grandparents for Christmas that year. It was certainly a perfect match. My Grandfather ADORED Samantha. They were like soulmates... Lucy was my Aunt's dog. I never met Lucy but I was told she had a fiery, sassy, personality. Smokey was adopted by my Grandmother in the early 90's. He always was a Grouch so we would call him Grouchie when I was little. His original name was Sparky. My Grandmother was the only one who could get through to him, he loved her.

Forums Motto:
