Arrival Story:
My husband (not at the time) and I were coming up on our one year anniversary of dating and he had always wanted a dog. We looked in the paper and saw an add for Cock-a-poo's. We both looked at eacht other and thought, what the heck is a Cock-a-poo? We called the lady asked her a few questions and she said we were welcome to come down and see them. We arrived at her house, she put us in her sunroom and we waited to see the puppies. Out came the cutest little puff balls we had ever seen! They looked like a bunch of furry slippers running around; it was the most adorable thing! Our little Charlie came to us and as soon as we picked him up, he just melted into our laps. But as soon as we put him down, he became a little bundle of energy; and then as soon as we picked him up, he melted once again. A couple of days later we went back to officially pick up Charlie and he was easy to spot since he was the only one with Apricot ears. He has been our little prince ever since!

My human dog:
Charlie has always thought of himself as a real boy...kind of like Pinnochio. We speak to him like a person, he plays like a little boy, sleeps like a human and is definately our first born.
