Paws in the parks 09

Yesterday we went to the paws in the park dog show. Mum entered me into a a couple of shows. I never done a show before so only entered for fun. The 1st one i did was class i did was the any variety special yearling. There must have been a good 20 dogs in that class. We stood for the judging and the judge started to call dogs forward and she pointed to me. I had placed in 4th and got a lovely green rosette and 2 dog chews.Yum. Mum (and Dad) were surprised but very proud. Me and Rocky then did the any variety terrier. I was whittled down to the last 7 but was not so lucky this time. I had a go at agility and done quite well. I walked up the ramp steady, did all the jumps and ran through the tunnel.

My mission

I'm on a mission, to rid my garden of all the bugs the humans call flies. I run around seeking them out, chasing and snaping at them. I spend hours doing this and my brother Rocky does not even help me. It is hard work but it is my garden and I must protect it.

UK Woofers meet and greet 09

Yesterday we went to the UK woofer meet and greet. What a lovely bunch of dogs! We went for a walk in the woods and I got a lovely collar charm from Caffreys mum Bekka. We then went to have a picnic. Lots of photos were taken. I came 3rd in the musical sits game. There was a cake but mum could not eat all of her piece so I helped her out BOL. It was yummy. I got a beautiful collar and lead set, a ball and some treats from Bertie and Eddie in the secret gift exchange. Just as we were leaving me and teddy had a little play. What a brillient day it was.

The scary room

I went back to the vets today to get my stitches looked at. I was fine in the waitinng area. I barked "hello" to a black labrador pup and Mark the nice vet nurse gave me treats. Then the vet called me. As soon as I went into the room and the door shut I got scared and peed on the floor. I edged onto the scales with me tail between my legs. 15.1KG. The vet picked me up, looked at my stitches and listend to my chest and said all was fine and I could have them out on the 13th.

I've been spayed

Yesterday i got spayed. I feel more myself today but I have to rest and that means no walkies. I have been a good girl, I'm leaving those stitches alone. I go back to the vets Friday for a check up and if all is well my stiches will be coming out on Tuesday.
