My special outing mommy!

Mommy has decided that since there are six of us, we all deserve a "special" outing just fur us! Today was my day and it was a blast! First I went to get my nails trimmed at the vet, I love da vet people so dis is fun ta me! Then we drove in da car and listened to Mommy's Carrie Underwear cd, I like underwear so I guess dis was fun. We drove ta Petsmart and Mommy let me get out and take extra long sniffin in da grass decidin if I needed to potty. Then we went inside and mommy let me sniff up and down every isle! It was a blast! I saw fishies and lizards and hamsters and birds and this funny gerbil thing that was running on a wheel! I was a really good boy and people complemented me on how good I was being. I got to sniff all da bones dat were close to the ground but mommy said I couldn't have one :( Then we went to da front and mommy let me pick out a doggy candy bar (Bark bar). I picked out a carob chip and honey Bark Bar and then we went to the check out. There was a strange lady in line ahead of us dat asked mommy if she could pet me. I let her and I wagged my tail, but then she started making kissie faces and asking me to give her a kiss!! I was like "lady I don't know you!", and I kind of wrinkled my nose a little bit... da lady thought I was trying to kiss her, but I wasn't... I was trying to tell her to stop trying to slobber on me :). Then that weird lady let left and we checked out. Da man at da checkout gave me some love and then we left. Mommy gave me my candy bar and I eated it. Then we took da long way home so we could finish listening to the pretty music and I falled asleep. It was a fun day and I am zausted! Mommy says dat Scout gets to have a special day tomorrow!

Summer is here...

and dat means dat da humans is out of school and my gets to get extra lovins. Mommy is in college and her is out fur three munfs. Me and da uffer houndies like when mommy doesn't have to do homewurk becuz dat means extra time giving rubs and kisses. I luv to kiss humans. Dey has a big swimmin pool in da back yard and I likes to run up behind dem and kiss dem on da face wen dey get close to the side! My also likes to jump in da pool and steal der food if they eat in da pool. I has a kiddie pool but its not as fun as da hooman pool. Mommy said sumthing bout a B A T H today... my not likes baffs. My cries when mommy baffs me and pretend she is torturing me... it makes da baff be over faster.

Snow!

It snowded at ma hous on Thursday and most uf it is still here...cept fur the stuff dat we eated. Sno tastes yummy. Mommy won't let us play in is tu much becuz me and my sisfur Bailey like tu walk on da pool cover... you sea dere is lots uf ice on top uf da pool cover becuz somebody left da air conditioner on to high outshide. So since dere is snow on top uf da ice me and Bailey tinks dat it is solid... and ta be honest, its lots uf fun. Specially since mommy starts making funny noizez when we do it... dis morning she turned her head fur a minute and when she turnded around, me and Bailey wuz playing on top uf it... we got in trubble and mommy made us all come in. Next week its sposed to warm up... so maybee we can play outside more...

New Picfurs!

Mommy got shum new picfurs uf me tuday and ma tinks dat her got shum pwetty good ones. Photograffin da Hunter is not an easy job so you have to cummend her. Here are da things dat she learned tuday.

#1: Make sure the table is flat against the wall... if not, Hunter will try to walk on the backdrop... potentially breaking it.

#2: Be patient... Hunter likes to move... and look out the window.

#3: Bring treats... Hunter will do some really cute things for treats.

#4: Make sure that the camera is set so that it will take pictures quickly...if not all you will get is a big blur.

#5: Accept that 95% of the photos will contain drool.

Today is my woofday and mommy has been singin' ta me all day wong! Mommies are weird. Me and my three big brofur and sisfurs all have woofdays close together so's we've already has our woofday potty. Mommy says I'm still gonna get somefing speshull taday. I guess dis means I's not a baby anymore, Pass da dogaritas pawlease!

Da uffer day mommy heard me hollering on da patio and rushed out to me. Come ta find out, ma baby brudder Copper was bitin me in a sensitive area. Mommy just laughed and got sum antibodic oinkmint. She said dat I had dat coming to me cuz I did da same ting ta Scout when I wuz a pupsny. Wells I's got ta go. Somepup shuld weally do someting about does sharp pupsney teef!! Dey weally hurt!!

Mommy says I'm getting fixed Friday.... Am I broken?

Mommy sais dat I's getting fixed Fwiday... I don't know exactwy what she means by dat, but if it means whut I tink it means, I'M NOT GOING. Today mommy took me and my bruffur and sisfurs to PetsMart to get food and she let me pick out a special toy to bwing wif me to da V.E.T. I picked a soft blue lamb wif a squeaker. I guess dat makes it a wittle better... but I still tink I will make uffer plans. Actually I tink I will just go wiff my daddy to works Fwiday... Mommy says dat I have to get fixed because i am getting to be a big boy... but my tinks dat I would raffer stay bwoked.

I'm just a little pup and I have been pretty good! I am sorwy dat I bit my mommy on da nose... I didn't mean to... I just thought that it would be fun to supwise her. Weally Santa Paws... I'm also sorry fur chewing up mommy's $50 tennis shoes... I'm teefin and it seemed yike a good idea at da time. I pwomise Santa Paws... I will twy ta be a good boy fur da rest of da year!! I'm just 3 months old Santa... what else can you expect?

Please Santa can I have:

1. A Christmas Loofa Dog Stuffy
2. A nice new collar cuz I chewed my old one up sowry bout dat!
3. A squeaky ball
4. A whole bunch of treats
5. Homes fur all da homeless puppies
6. Either shorter ears or longer legs so's I'll stop tripping on ma ears!
7. And lots of toys and treats fur my brofur and sisfurs!

I'm a Big BOY!!!

I went to da V. E.T. on Fwiday and I weigh 23.2 lbs!!! Can you believe that!! I am 3 monfs old and I am getting big!! Ma ears growin too! I got in big twubble yesterday!! My mommy was layin on da deck while me and ma big brudder and sisters played... and I thunk it may be fun to play a twick on her! So I walked up to her and bit her in da nose!! It must of supwised her because she sure did scream!! I tinks her nose wuz bleedin too!! :)) So she runned inside and cleaned her nose up, and now her nose is swollen!! :)) She said that we were gonna have to work on my bitin people, whatever dat means! ;) her said dat wasn't gonna get nuffin fur Christmas too! :(( But I tinks her is lyin'! Wells I's gotta go chew on sumfin!!
